As a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®) and Productivity Consultant, Megan started Disorder2Order in 2004. She immediately joined the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) as well as the Oregon chapter. She has since become a Golden Circle Member of NAPO, has served the association in numerous leadership positions and is currently, serving as Communications Director for the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers.

In 2010, she graduated from the Coach Approach Training Program; where she learned the value that coaching brings to the client conversation; and in 2012, she became a Certified Professional Organizer, or CPO®, which reflects on her commitment to ethical practices and education.
Megan also holds Certificates of Study from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD) in ADHD, Chronic Disorganization (CD) and Administration, and a Specialist Certificate from the NAPO in Workplace Productivity and in 2018, Megan became an Asana Certified Pro.
As she continues to strive for excellence in the organizing and productivity industry, her real passion is in sustainable living, not only for herself but for her clients. She works with a consortium of organizers in an Environmentally Conscience Organizers (ECO) Special Interest Group and became a Master Recycler through Oregon State University. Bringing her own life experience into her work is why her clients love working with her. She currently lives in Hood River Oregon (the most beautiful place on earth) with her husband and two boys.
